Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders arrive within 6–9 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs

Standard Tracked Shipping is $3.99.

Shipping is free on orders of $50.00 and over, applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

We ship worldwide, and the same rate and free-shipping threshold apply wherever you are.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, email us and we will look into it.

Duties, taxes, and customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these charges, and customs delays are outside our control.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact Support@Cloudlifestyle.com and we will resolve it. Damaged shipments are covered under our refund policy at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are treated as a standard return, with original shipping non-refundable.
